Terms of Sale
Typical business hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday but appointments outside of these hours are also available. Most orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer within 24 hours, weekends excluded.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard & Discover, payable within 30 days of receipt of order. Your billing address MUST match the billing address on your credit card statement to avoid a delay in your order.  Although payment terms are Net30, payment received within 10 days may be receive an additional discount.

Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order at this time. Should the site start accepting credit cards on-line, there may be an additional service charge for those orders under $10.00 that will be included as part of the shipping costs.

Prices & Products
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed however, we will fulfill every item within that order at the price in the order.

The information provided in your account registration is for Summit Home Products use only. We will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

Return Policy
There are no returns on merchandise purchased unless the product is defective or damaged in shipping. We will authorize any reasonable return within 15 days of the invoice date.
